Our fixed fee conveyancing includes:

  • preparing the Transfer of Land

  • preparing and/or confirming the Statement of Adjustment

  • attending and finalising settlement
  • preparing and submitting Notices of Acquisitions

As part of the conveyancing process, costs are incurred by the lawyer. These are called Conveyancing Disbursements. Conveyancing disbursements (which are essentially ‘out-of-pocket’ third party expenses) are not included in the fixed fee conveyancing. All conveyancing transactions incur disbursements and these costs will vary depending on the property transaction.
